me and my girlfriend broke up now and i like this one girl in the Jr high but im in 10th grade and she is only in the 7th. me and her are best friends and we have been goin out to eat and go to movies or go out to partys together but the only problem is that i told her how i felt about her and she just got silent and stoped talking to me for a while then now she talks to me like she is hiding something from me and i would like to know if she likes me or is she to scared to go out with me or deos she only like me as a friend idk. well if anyone has any advise for me i would really like it thank u

Well I wouild ask her If she likes u as a friend or as a boyfriend or not if she does then just ask her out if you really like her that much. 

And try to see if you would still have the same feelings in nearest future as well to doublecheck and confirm if it is love or yet just a normal day crush.

Make sure her parents r cool with it before pursuing her.

Age has a lot to do with one's maturity, though sometimes the biological age fails to GROW with the mental and emotional maturity.

Girls, at a young age, matures mentally and emotionally faster when boys mentally and emotionally grows very slowly. At the time boys/men have matured, the girls/women are fed up. And I mean ages just before 22. At 23-25, both are on the same level...and that's ideally the age when one can go into a relationship. Younger than that only amasses a lot of problems.

If I were your mother, I'd scold you. If I were the mother of the girl, I'd tell her to not see you again...until she reaches at least the legal age.

There's nothing wrong with being friends with the opposite sex. If you were just friends and maintained it that way until you both mature, you could have had the chance to even marry your best friend. But you just blew it.
